Hello, there! I’m Janelle, and I’m so happy you’re here.

I’m a naturopath and holistic health coach.

An empath, a smitten dog mama, a wildling at heart.

And, for as long as I can remember, I’ve had a curious spirit, wanderlust in my veins and a big-hearted vision for how we can all return to that pure wholeness we were born with.

For the last 18 years, I’ve been dedicated to exploring all facets of health, personal development and what makes us human folk tick – and most importantly, how we can emerge as our very best, brightest selves…

  • I’ve lived with Native Indians for 6 months in Saskatchewan, Canada.

  • I’ve taken a 10-day vow of silence at a meditation retreat in the mountains (twice).

  • I’ve done a 30-day fast in Bali.

  • trekked for 3 weeks along the John muir trail on the west coast of the usa (340km)

  • done yoga on the greek island of Amorgos for 9 days

You name it, I’ve probably done it…Adventure & LIVING is in my blood.

I’ve trained to become a yoga teacher, studied hormone therapy, female fertility, Ayurveda and raw food cooking.

Oh, and I’m certified in naturopathy, Western Herbal Medicine and Nutritional Medicine (yep, I’ve spent many, MANY hours nerding out with my textbooks).

But what have I REALLY learnt?

Ultimately, all these years of health, business and life learnings have led me unerringly back to the same truth:

Deep, reverberating wellness comes through
flow, surrender, joy, ease
and drawing closer to anything that feels like it
lights our souls on fire.

And now, I’ve dedicated my life’s work to helping women just like you find their way back there.

But first, let’s rewind a little:

I was born in Queensland, Australia and spent my early years running havoc in the bush on our family camping trips, scoffing strawberries from mum’s garden while decked out in the clothes she made us on her trusty sewing machine.

Yet despite my early appreciation for nature, ‘healthy eating’ was not something I knew, and as kids we were more likely to be chugging back powdered skim milk than green smoothies!

I first encountered my own major health-related ‘speed bump’ when, as a 7-year-old, I developed severe eczema that, at one point, covered my entire body from head to toe. Then, upon becoming a teen, my massive journey with acne began. These skin issues have spurred me to explore, research and try pretty much everything that might improve my health – from medication and steroid creams to allergy tests and even an intense liver-cleansing diet at the tender age of 13.

Since my childhood and teens, my journey of illness with acne, eczema and then depression has taken me down some pretty interesting roads, leading me to study anything and everything related to health and wellness, always seeking to dive deeper.

I became passionate about conscious consuming, eco-living and a low-tox way of being. I began to understand the need to approach wellbeing as a holistic entity, always shifting and best viewed from multiple angles. I immersed myself in a search for ease, empowerment, self-love, community and joy (as well as the physical stuff). I studied reiki and metaphysics. Eventually I uncovered the power of integrating fasting into the mix and became passionate about guiding other women to explore the myriad benefits of all of these modalities combined.

Slowly, slowly I found my way (via a LOT of hurdles, twists and turns) into the sweet spot where my health finally felt balanced, and I could finally bask in feeling good when I opened my eyes in the mornings.

I felt…

Alive. Free. At ease in my skin.

Now, it’s my life’s mission to share the way with women just like you
