We are living in a time where life as we know it is changing, where we are redefining our very existence. The world itself is going through what feels like a huge detox. You may sense and feel it in life around you.

For some the shift may feel like a need to shed some old energy or stuck energy, for others it may be to shed a few kilos, for some it may be letting go of belief systems or structures that have defined and shaped you, for others it may be emotional release. For many it may be a combination of the above, the threads that have woven our lives to perhaps create a feeling of stuck-ness, stagnation, indecision, disconnect, discontent, numbness, even loneliness.

Deep breath, breathing with all that is being evoked … the parts you are conscious of and the parts you are not conscious of, the parts that may feel alive and the parts that may be suppressed.
