Hello, there! I’m Janelle, and I’m so happy you’re here.

I’m a Naturopath and Wellness Whisperer.

An empath, a smitten dog mama, an adventurer at heart.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a curious spirit, wanderlust in my veins and a big-hearted vision of how we can all return to our own purity.

For the last 18 years, I’ve been dedicated to exploring all facets of health, personal development and what makes us human folk tick – most importantly, how we can emerge as our very best, brightest selves…

  • I’ve lived with Native Indians for 6 months in Saskatchewan, Canada.

  • I’ve taken a 10-day vow of silence at a meditation retreat in the mountains (twice).

  • I’ve done a 30-day fast in Bali.

  • Trekked for 3 weeks along the John Muir Trail on the west coast of the USA (340km)

  • Done yoga on the Greek island of Amorgos for 9 days

Adventure & LIVING is in my blood.

I’ve trained to become a yoga teacher, studied hormone therapy, female fertility, Ayurveda and raw food cooking.

I’m certified in Naturopathy, Western Herbal Medicine & Nutritional Medicine, Kinesiology & Reiki 1, plus previously trained & worked as a primary school teacher (so I’m curious about learning).

But what have I REALLY learnt?

Ultimately, all these years of health, business and life learnings have led me unerringly back to the same truth:

Deep, reverberating wellness comes through
flow, surrender, joy, ease + a respect for nature’s wisdom.
Drawing closer to anything that feels like this
lights our souls on fire.

And now, I’ve made it my mission to help women just like you find their way back there, using my intuitive blend of knowledge & adventurous spirit.

But first, let’s rewind a little:

I was born in Queensland, Australia but spent my first 5 years in Victoria on endless camping trips, visits to the art gallery or in our cubby in the backyard. My favourite place was in the bush on our camping trips or at my cousin’s farm, scoffing mangoes on the grass at my Grandmas, wearing togs or the clothes Mum had made me.

Yet despite my early appreciation for nature, ‘healthy eating’ was something I thought I knew something about, but then realised the powdered ‘low fat’ skim milk was not the best idea?!

I first encountered my own major health challenge when, as a 7-year-old, I developed severe eczema that, at one point, covered my entire body from head to toe. Then, upon becoming a teen, my massive journey with acne began. But, these skin issues spurred me to explore, research and try pretty much everything that might improve my health – from medication and steroid creams to allergy tests and even an intense liver-cleansing diet at the age of 13.

Since my childhood and teens, my journey with acne, constipation, eczema and depression has taken me down some pretty interesting roads, leading me to study anything and everything related to health and wellness, always seeking TRUTH with the willingness to dive deeper.

I became passionate about voting with our dollar, eco-living and a low-tox life. I then began to approach wellbeing in a very holistic way…always shifting, and best viewed from multiple angles. I immersed myself in the search for ease, empowerment, self-love, joy and community (as well as the physical stuff). I studied reiki and read a lot on metaphysics. Eventually I combined fasting into the mix & this powerful combination was born where I guide women back to ease, empowerment, self-love & joy with the myriad of modalities combined.

I found my way to that sweet spot where my health finally felt balanced, and I could appreciate basking in feeling good on all levels.

Alive. Free. At ease in my skin.

Now, I’ve made it my mission to share this knowledge with women just like you.
