Looking for a warming Winter cleanse?

I’ve created space for us to come together & cleanse for 3 days. A warming Winter cleanse. Using a scrumptious Ayurvedic dish called kitchari to ease & support the digestive system we will have 3 days of yin activities like meditation, journalling, fire place sessions, morning movement, cooking demos & education sessions. Plenty of space to relax & ponder this inward season, for reflection, clarity or simply stillness. Community is a helpful & playful piece of healing so let’s cleanse together on July 21st for 2 nights & 3 days. There will also be the option to do some cold water plunges in the near by stream. Room prices vary & are super reasonable for the lush accommodation & what is included ($650-$850pp all inclusive).
